3rd MOVE symposium 2025

MOVE is a dynamic consortium of over 20 European National EV Societies (NEVS), united to advance MObility for VEsicles research in Europe (MOVE). Our mission is to encourage communication between the societies at all levels of membership, with the purpose of promoting extracellular vesicle (EV) research and understanding across Europe. It is intended that MOVE activities will foster collaboration between members in different European nations and across different biological / biomedical disciplines, taking advantage of geographical proximity and expertise.

Following the success of the 1st MOVE symposium in Malaga, Spain and the 2nd MOVE symposium in Belgrade, Serbia, we are excited to announce the 3rd MOVE symposium which will be held on 7-10th of October 2025 in Tartu, Estonia. For this initiative Baltic Society of Extracellular Vesicles (BSEV) is taking the lead of the organization of the meeting with the support of over twenty European EV societies represented in the International Organizing Committee (IOC) of MOVE 2025. From the experience of 1st and 2nd MOVE symposium, we expect large number of participants from many EV research groups from Europe and beyond (both from societies participating in MOVE and beyond).

We are preparing the lineup of well renowned international speakers whose presence and expertize will ensure excellence of the meeting, through both lectures and discussion, as well as high attendance.

The symposium will emphasize critical discussions on the myths and realities of the EV field and welcome abstracts covering a broad spectrum of topics, including:

  • Fundamentals of EVs biology
  • EVs in health and disease
  • EV based biomarkers and therapy
  • Technology and methodology advancements in EV field

MOVE 2025 will provide a unique opportunity for researchers from academia, clinical fields, and industry to connect, exchange ideas, and establish collaborations. It will also serve as a vital platform for the next generation of EV scientists to engage with leading experts and foster new partnerships.

We look forward to your active participation and to welcoming you to the beautiful city of Tartu, Estonia, for an inspiring and engaging symposium!
