Baltic Society of Extracellular Vesicles (BSEV) was founded in Spring 2022.
The society mission is to bring together researchers working in the field of Extracellular Vesicles (EV) in the Baltic countries
The EV research field is progressing fast worldwide.
BSEV will support and foster collaboration and stimulate cooperation between experts working on EV field in Baltics as well as promoting their connections with researchers active in the field worldwide.
BSEV will support EV research in Baltics through organization of scientific meetings and any other activities that may help with the progression of EV research field in Baltics.
The purpose of BSEV is:
- To serve as a platform for networking and collaboration of researchers working with Extracellular vesicles.
- To discuss all matters concerning this field.
- To encourage and promote the study of this field in all its aspects on an international basis.
We aim to further support purposes by arranging:
- To support and facilitate the organisation of a regular international congress of the Baltic Society of Extracellular Vesicles.
- To stimulate collaboration between its own members, as well as between them and members in other scientific fields.
- For the Association to act as a representative body of Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) for the field of Extracellular vesicles in relationship to national, international and private institutions and the general public.
- To encourage publications and disseminate information of interest to its Members.
